About

Witnes was raised in the suburbs of Houston, Texas. His parents bought him a Fisher Price music box record player when he was 3 years old. By 5, he was chopping it up with Earl Campbell at the racquetball club that his parents were members of. At 8 he was backstage hanging out with The Pointer Sisters. At 11 he was talking his way back into the Houston Rockets locker room to get autographs. At 13 his Dad bought him his first explicit 12-inch record single, Eazy-E’s “Radio”.
